About Me

My photo
Suzette Brawner
I’m pretty straight forward and fairly uncomplicated. Give me a big glass of sweet tea and a good book and I’m set. My favorite thing is hanging out with Jim, the guy I met on a blind date in college who I’ve been married to forever. I love to laugh and he makes me laugh a lot. We have two sons and a daughter. Jason is married to Alison and they have Jackson, Mollie Jane and Smith. Travis is married to Kari and they have Jameson, Owen and Kaylin. Jill is married to David Jones and they have Vivian. Yep, we have seven grandkids ages nine and under who call us Big and Sue Sue. I’m a writer and event speaker. It involves traveling and meeting interesting and fun folks. I really think almost everyone takes themselves way too seriously. I’m all about encouraging people to enjoy a consistently authentic life no matter the circumstances.
